Construction Management of Resorts World Hotel and Casino from ground up to completion.
$4.3B in budget. 3500 rooms, 40+ restaurants, bars & lounges, Casino, Theater, Night Club, Convention Center and mall.
This project involved pools on the 5th floor of the low rise building making it engineering and construction wise challenging project with special technical service floor under the pool.
Punchlist and hand over processes involved over 30,000 punch items to manage and resolve at the end of the project.
The low rise has been built with steel structure using steel posts and trusses. The high rise has been built with core concrete shafts for the elevators and stairs along with post tensioned slabs.
