With a strong foundation in structural engineering, he has managed mega projects exceeding $1B in value, maintaining uncompromising standards of quality and precision.
Before entering the construction industry, Matan served as a leader in an elite military intelligence unit, where he developed the discipline, strategic mindset, and operational excellence that define his professional approach today.

Amit is an accomplished real estate developer with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has flipped more than 200 residential properties and successfully developed and executed value-add strategies for over 2,000 apartment units across multiple markets.
A highly skilled businessman, Amit owns and operates several successful ventures, combining sharp financial insight with hands-on development expertise. A decorated leader in the special forces, he brings exceptional discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership to every project he undertakes.
