22 Stories Apartment Building, Haifa, Israel

Ground up to completion construction of 22 stories apartment building with 100 units in Haifa, Israel. The building has been built with the Baranovich method which used preinstalled stone cladding within the concrete forms to save time in cladding the building afterwords.
Implemented a combination of bored piles and a raft foundation to counteract rising seawater pressure from below
$30M total construction cost.
